At his press conference before playing against Newcastle on Saturday at Stamford Bridge, Conte said that his team must prepare for a possiboility of being drawn against stronger sides such as Bayern Munich. Juventus or even Spanish Champions Real Madrid. This even, the Italian will be working to evade the possibility of landing a tough tie in the necxt round which is elimination stage.
Meanwhile, Chelsea’s squad that will face Atletico Madrid on Tuesday night at Stamford Bridge has been leaked.
David Luiz will be absent once more when Chelsea play Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.
Luiz - like forward Charly Musonda - has a knee problem as Blues boss Antonio Conte aims to balance targeting a victory to top Group C with preparations for Saturday's trip to West Ham.
