Manchester United striker Anthony Martial appears to be upset after losing his No. 9 shirt to Jose Mourinho’s new signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

This follows the announcement of United’s provisional squad ahead of the 2016-17 season that was done earlier in the week, with Martial securing legend’s Ryan Giggs No.11 shirt.

Reports indicate that the 20-year-old has expressed his sad feeling on social media, with a photo of him showing his favourite No.9 in the background.

Meanwhile, according to the sun, Arsenal fans have urged manager Arsene Wenger to take advantage of the situation and lure the French international at The Emirates.

Martial was signed from Monaco at a £36million deal and made his debut at the Old Trafford stunningly, becoming one of former coach Louis van Gaal’s best striker in the FA victory in May.

However, Jose Mourinho’s philosophy is different bearing in mind that he wants a new and strong Manchester United squad and Martial play ‘the victim.’
