Childhood games are a great way to exercise as a family. Hopscotch is a simple childhood game requiring flat piece of ground, a stone and some chalk.

While this game can be played by people of all ages, it may not be advisable for those who have knee problems.

Draw the hopscotch lines on the ground with chalk. Player 1 throws their stone on box 1 then hops over box one onto box 2 and on to the end and back.
