Despite the victories, Titans head coach Ben Kitolo said his charges needed to work harder for better results.
“We missed numerous scoring chances and we must work on our finishing for us to improve on our goal scoring for convincing victories.”
He added that this year’s league is more competitive and hence the need to up their game.
“The league is more competitive because of the new sides that have joined. I must say that even though we are every team’s target, the entrants pose a bigger threat because they are strong and eager to impress.”
Meanwhile, Titans bowed out of the FKF Betway Cup heads high after going down 5-6 to FC Talanta in post-match penalties.
The students had held the FKF Super League side to a 2-2 draw in regular time setting stage for the decisive spot kicks.
