Dancehall queen Spice set for Uganda debut in Kampala concert

Jamaican dancehall star Spice, real name Grace Latoya Hamilton, has confirmed she will perform in Kampala on December 6 as part of her Queen of Dancehall Tour.
Spice, who is widely known as the "Queen of Dancehall," has released hits such as "Go Down Deh" featuring Shaggy and Sean Paul, "So Mi Like It," and "Ramping Shop" with Vybz Kartel.
Her music and energetic live shows have earned her a reputation as one of the genre's leading figures.
The Kampala concert has already generated excitement online, with fans calling it one of the most anticipated dancehall events in Uganda in recent years.

This will be the first time the artist performs in Uganda, a country with a vibrant dancehall fan base.
The tour has already taken her across Europe and the UK, including performances at London's City Splash Festival, Amsterdam's Reggae Lake, and Spain's Rototom Sunsplash, showcasing her global appeal.
Her arrival is set to follow a series of highly successful international acts that have visited Uganda, including Koffi Olomide and Patoranking, further cementing the country's status as a top destination for live music in East Africa.
The venue and ticket details for the Kampala show are expected to be announced soon, adding to the anticipation for this major musical event.
