Luxury apartments in Mtwapa

Prestige Apartments is one of the new luxurious homes away from homes, which have been put up in Mtwapa, 26 kilometres North of Mombasa. The apartments, which are off the Mombasa–Malindi highway, is just 120 metres from the road making it easy for any holidaymaker to locate them easily.
Built on a one-acre plot, the one-storey apartment has 12 two-bedroom apartments that are ideal for accommodation for tourists, families, friends, students and even those on a religious mission who do not want to mix with other people in big hotels.

Being the latest new concept of apartments in the town, the apartment block, which stands out because of its lime-green faÁade, is also giving those who want to rent rooms the opportunity to do so. Tourists with families who want to stay in hotels will find the apartments ideal because they allow self-catering. Each apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils for the comforts of a family who are tired of hotel food.

Guests staying at the Prestige Apartments are assured of security. A standby generator provides electricity when it goes off, which is common in Mtwapa. Children have not been left out in the plan as an open playground is available for them to frolick on.
Mtwapa is famous for homes, farms and estates built by foreigners, some of whom have retired to this area. Surrounding the Prestige apartments are new homes currently under construction. A paved road leads to the main highway.
