Saera said they were going on with investigations into what caused the incident.
"He did not leave a suicide note. Meanwhile, investigations are going on," Saera said.
He urged residents to share their problems with the people who are close to them for solutions instead of taking away their lives.
"Let the people know that suicide does not help at all. They should share their problems to enable them to get advice that can save their situation," Saera said.
The body was moved to Rachuonyo South Sub-County Hospital Mortuary in Oyugis Town.
In Rachuonyo North Sub-County, a 41-year-old man identified as Samuel Arunga committed suicide.

Rachuonyo North Sub-County Police Commander Stephen Tanui said the reason for the suicide had not been established since there was no suicide note.
"Our officers went to the scene and found the body had no visible injuries. He had already died," Tanui said.
Tanui urged residents to share their problems with their friends and relatives whenever they have issues, to prevent suicide.
"Problems are there all over the world. But I urge the public to share their problems with their friends and relatives whenever they have issues. This can enable them to find a solution instead of committing suicide," Tanui added.
The body was moved to Kendu Adventist Hopital Morgue at Gendia.
