Super Metro Limited has resumed operations after a three-day suspension imposed by the Transport Licensing Appeals Board (TLAB).
The company confirmed that it has fulfilled all requirements set by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) and TLAB, allowing it to return to service.
"We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully met and surpassed all compliance requirements," Super Metro stated. "We have been officially cleared to resume operations, effective today."
The suspension, which began on Monday, April 14, was initiated to address various compliance issues.
NTSA had identified several violations, including expired inspection certificates, lack of valid Road Service Licenses, and issues related to speed limiter compliance. Additionally, concerns were raised about driver qualifications and adherence to labor laws.
