Mwikali’s first offence was coercing the minor into sexually penetrating her.
The second count states that the domestic worker, on the said-dates, touched the boy’s private parts with her hands.
The third count statesMwikali compelled another child, 5, to suck her 12-year-old victim’s penis.
The suspect denied all the three counts.
Senior Resident Magistrate Jane Kamau directed that Mwikali be remanded at Industrial Area Women’s Prison until September 2, when her probation report will be presented in court to determine her bond terms.
The suspect pleaded with the magistrate to release her on lenient bail terms, saying she has a three-month-old baby that she is looking after.
