Second blogger held over terror related photos

Another blogger was Tuesday night arrested in Mutomo, Kitui County for allegedly posting online pictures of police officers who had been killed in an IED attack in Wajir County.
Patrick Safari was picked up from his house and held at the Mutomo police over the issue before he was moved to the Anti-Terrorism Police Unit offices in Nairobi for grilling.
Police wanted to know where Safari, a prison warden based in Mandera got the pictures.
This increased to two, the number of those held over the issue.
Blogger Robert Alai was earlier arrested in Nairobi and held ahead of his arraignment where police asked more time to hold him.

Police searched his house Tuesday evening as part of efforts to get more information on the issue.
Police say they are looking for more suspects for posting the images online.
The team from Anti-terror police unit says it is investigating them for disclosure of information in relation to terrorism activities.
