Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo will be out for the rest of the season with a knee ligament injury.
Rojo joins Zlatan Ibrahimovic on the sidelines with the very same injury, both sustained in the game against Anderlecht on Thursday night.
The 27-year-old Argentine defender was forced off the pitch in the 23rd-minute of the extra-time win over the Belgians after a collision.
Rojo’s news comes as a bitter blow to Jose Mourinho, as the Argentine had established himself as one of the best defenders at the club.
