FC Koln are nicknamed 'Die Geißböcke' which translates to 'The Billy Goats' and for that reason they have a real, live goat as their mascot.
Hennes the goat, or Hennes VIII as he is officially known, is the only true superstar at the German club appearing on the club badge, matchday programme, official merchandise as well as making the odd TV appearance here and there.

Having spurned a couple of decent goalscoring opportunities in the game, striker Anthony Ujah showed his relief at finally netting by grabbing the horns of Hennes the goat.
