College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) has launched a new programme on data management.
The executive diploma is informed by the reality that HR practitioners sit on all kinds of data; be it recruitment, career progression, training, absenteeism, and even social media data.
The training course targets HR professionals keen to learn how to develop metrics and analytics to support long-term performance and improve decision making.
CHRM Principal Margaret Kinyanjui says: “This is for HR practitioners who desire getting ahead in the corporate ladder and need to prove that they understand the business and what it needs, in this era of big data and analytics.”
