Centum Real Estate has launched a new affordable housing development, branded 265 Elmer One Apartments, in Nairobi's Kasarani area.
The 268-unit development aims to provide quality apartments that offer competitive rental rates and capital returns to residential real estate investors and owner-occupier buyers.
The apartments will offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom loft and two-bedroom units priced from Sh1.9 million, Centum said in a press release.
They will also be fitted with communal lounges, a mini tennis court and a mini soccer pitch at the rooftop, the real estate firm said.
