Ahmed Issack Hassan officially hands over office to the new Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairperson Wanyonyi Wafula Chebukati.
Issack Hassan has been in charge of IEBC office since November 9 2011.
The new electoral boss Wafula Chebukati who was appointed by President Uhuru has promised credible elections in August 8, 2017.

Mr. Chebukati and the six new commissioners were sworn in earlier today to head the IEBC Office where he outlined his vision for free, fair and transparent elections.
