Atandi said Odido allegedly threatened the minor that he would kill her if she told anyone about the incident.

"He threatened the complainant that he would her if she told anyone. However, the complainant confided in to her close friend who later reported Odido to her mother," she said.

The prosecution also told the court that she has already supplied the accused with all the documentary materials they intend to rely on during the hearing of the case.
