Four people injured in Bungoma road accident

At least four people have sustained injuries in a collision between a truck and a Webuye Shuttle PSV at Kuywa Bridge, along the Webuye-Malaba highway.

Western Traffic Commandant Walter Cheboren said that no fatalities have been reported from the incident.

"We are trying our best to clear the road for other motorists. As we speak, we have not reported any deaths," said Cheboren.

He added that the cause of the accident was yet to be established, but investigations are underway.

The injured were taken to nearby hospitals for medical attention.
