Engineers Brigade men’s team defeated Artillery Brigade 13-12 as the Chief of Defence Forces handball Championship got underway at the Embakasi Garrison Grounds yesterday.

The fourth Brigade beat Kahawa Garrison 16-14 while 2nd Brigade walloped 6th Brigade 15-6. In another encounter, 4 Brigade showed their class as they outclassed Kenya Navy 19-4 in their second match of the day.

Moi Air Base defeated Kenya Navy 13-10 in another fixture. Armoured Brigade overwhelmed Moi Air Base 25-10. [Rebecca Jebet]
