National women handball league champions Nairobi Water and Maseseta NASA won the Victoria Open handball tournament, at Kenyatta Grounds over the weekend.

The Jack Sandan-coached side defeated Divas 21-16 in the final to lift their first title this season, while Maseseta NASA defeated NYS 32-23 in the men’s final. On their way to the final, Maseseta NASA defeated Maseno University 27-15, while NYS defeated Flickers 23-20 to book a slot in the final. —Rebecca Jebet
