Rihanna and Leonardo DiCaprio have been spotted getting cosy at Coachella, sparking fresh dating rumours.

The pair, who are believed to have been dating on and off since early last year, were snapped together on Saturday night at the Neon Carnival, an after-hours party held near the main festival site in Indio, California.

The Oscar winner was trying to go incognito in a baseball cap and shades, while the singer was also sporting a huge pair of square shades.

The pop beauty, 28, had a big smile on her face as the 41-year-old whispered into her ear.

The pair first sparked romance rumours in February last year after they were spotted flirting a friend’s party at the Playboy Mansion.

Days later they were seen together at Kings of Leon star Caleb Followill’s birthday party.

Earlier this year they were then spotted getting close once again in Paris.

Pictures emerged from the Arc club in the French capital which appeared to show the stars kissing, though a source insisted at the time that they were "just friends".

Meanwhile, Rihanna - who wasn’t performing at the three-day festival - recently said she was single and that she didn’t have the time to date.

"I'm single right now. And it's not that I'm like, 'Oh, pro single. Yes, I hate men,'" she said.

"I just think that I just have so much on my plate that I can't even find the time to entertain a steady relationship or anything serious."

The Bajan beauty admitted she cannot even spare enough time to send a text message to any guys at the moment.

Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, she added: "Or even a text. Right now it's just crazy."
