FKF partner with Malmo FF to roll out Strength and Conditioning workshop in Kenya

Football Kenya Federation has partnered with Sweden-based club Malmo FF to roll out a 10-day Strength and Conditioning workshop.

The workshops aim to impart fitness coaches with skills to handle youth players in their decisive football years.

Participants will be taken through practical drills as well as theory sessions [Courtesy]

“We have honoured an invitation from the Kenyan FA and are looking forward to sharing information on Strength and Conditioning with the coaches here. We have been quite successful over the years and I am confident that Kenyan football will gain from this,” said a confident Mats Engqvist, Malmo’s top official.

Participants will be taken through practical drills as well as theory sessions at the Utalii Grounds.
