Toyota Gazoo are the second vehicle manufacturer to present their entries for the WRC Safari Rally to be held in Naivasha on June 24-27.

World champion Sebastian Ogier of France headlines the list of four entries received by Kenya Motorsport Sport Federation in Nairobi on Sunday afternoon.

Other drivers who will be in the star-studded Toyota mix are Elfyin Evans of Wales to be navigated by Scott Martin of United Kingdom, Kalle Rovanpera of Finland whose pace notes will be called out by compatriot Jonne Halttunen and Kasutsa Takamoto of Japan.

Rovanpera is son of Hari Rovanpera who finished second in the last WRC Safari in 2002.

The lineup comes just days after South Korean manufacturer Hyundai announced their line up for the Safari.

Ogier, who has already won two legs of the 2021 WRC, is expected to give 2019 champion Ott Tanak of Estonia, spearheading the Hyundai team, a run for his money at the Safari.

Tanak won the second leg of the 2021 WRC in  Finland.
