National Super League champions Shabana FC now have no reasons to worry ahead of their return to the FKF Premier League.

In a groundbreaking move that underscores their commitment to both sports development and community upliftment, Bangbet, a dynamic new entrant in the Kenyan betting market, has forged an inspiring partnership with Shabana.

This collaborative venture, marked by a generous Sh20 million sponsorship deal, has injected a surge of optimism and energy into the footballing arena.

Shabana, triumphantly re-emerging into the limelight of the FKF- Premier League after a notable 17-year hiatus, seized the moment to unveil their highly anticipated 2023/2034 FKF Premier League season jersey.

The unveiling ceremony, graced by club patron Kisii Governor Simba Arati, unfolded within the elegant confines of a prestigious Nairobi hotel, symbolising the dawn of a new era for the team.

Central to this remarkable collaboration is the symbiotic partnership that promises a rejuvenated sporting journey for Shabana FC.

The Bangbet insignia will now adorn the team's kits, a tangible representation of this momentous union. Beyond the visual branding, Bangbet is also poised to elevate the team's performance with their generous provision of six sets of playing kit for each players.

Additionally, players will have the privilege of sporting sneakers and stylish track suits, aligning with Bangbet's vision to equip the team with the essentials for both on-field prowess and rigorous training sessions,support and inspire the youth of Kenya with concrete actions.

Shabana chairman Jared Nevaton said that the selection of Bangbet as official sponsors was a result of deliberate and earnest contemplation.

"It has taken us a long time to convince Bangbet to invest in our team, and I am glad that we have finally signed a deal. As a team, we shall not let them down. I know my team is ready to give their best, and we are positive that we shall have a good season," Nevaton said.

Bangbet's Chief Executive Officer, Leonardo Varese, expressed an unwavering commitment to support the club's endeavours.

"The sponsorship of Sh20 million for Shabana FC is one of our intentional efforts to support communities in Kenya. We shall also offer the club football balls, playing kits for all players, and other essentials so the players can focus on the pitch," Varese said.
