Former Harambee Stars players, football administrators and politicians assembled at Mombasa Sports Club in honour of Mombasa based football legend Mohammed Madigi.

The colourful event dubbed ‘Madigi Testimonial match’ had three matches for Under 15 between Bilima and Mombasa Sports Club, Wananyuki against Congo Boys and then Mombasa Sports Club against former Harambee stars players.

Mohammed Kheri, Ali Mbarak, Babu Rajab, Khamis Musa, Edward Oduor, Shakir Mohammed and former FIFA referee Khamis Bagazal formed the legend team. Also in the team were, Douglas Mutua, Wycliffe Anyangu, Dan Ogada, Ali Jeneby, and Robert Mambo.
