Over the years, the Premier League faithful have seen sparkling displays from French top guns who have cruised to the title.

Thierry Henry, Patrick Vieira, and N'Golo Kanté are among the French elite who have enjoyed success in the Premier League.

Liverpool is understood to be struggling to keep up with defending champions Manchester City after recent setbacks that have dented their title hopes. But they are far from being ruled out of the race thanks to their fine squad that is capable of anything.

If the Kop based side goes on to win the title in May, they would become the first team to do so in a long time without fielding a French player.

However, that doesn't mean that Jürgen Klopp doesn't like French players. He tried to sign Lyon hotshot Nabil Fekir in the summer transfer window. The Frenchman was part of the Didier Deschamps' World Cup winning squad in Russia 2018.

With the two transfer windows of the season already gone, the German tactician will have to lift the League title without a single French player.

Klopp's squad consists of 22 players, with seven English, three Brazilian, two from the Netherlands, and others from Scotland, Switzerland, Spain, Senegal, Belgium, Cameroon, Croatia, Egypt, Guinea, and Portugal.

Below is the list of French stars that have tasted the title status in the Premier League so far as compiled by Game Yetu.
