Cristiano Ronaldo will return to Old Trafford after Manchester United landed Juventus in the Champions League group stage draw.

Ronaldo won the Champions League with United in 2008 and will receive a heroes reception when the two sides go head-to-head in Group H. United will also take on Spanish giants Valencia and Young Boys from Switzerland.

Tottenham, meanwhile, will take on Barcelona and Lionel Messi in Group B long with Dutch side PSV Eindhoven.

Premier League champions Manchester City have been paired with Shakhtar Donetsk, Lyon and Hoffenheim in Group F.

Liverpool have landed French champions PSG, Italian outfit Napoli and Serbian side Crvena zvezda in Group C.
