Ex-Manchester United Star set to land coaching job

Gabriel Heinze is set to become the latest former Manchester United player to step into management.

The former Old Trafford defender is being lined up to become the new boss of San Lorenzo in Argentina, according to reports.

Meanwhile Heinze, 39, has finished playing after a career that saw him play for Sporting Lisbon, Marseille, Roma, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

Gabriel Heinze also got 72 caps playing for Argentina.

San Lorenzo coach Diego Aguirre resigned after the club were beaten in the quarter finals of the Copa Libertadores and according to reports in the South American country.
