Chelsea are lining up Napoli star Lorenzo Insigne to replace Eden Hazard.

The Blues are readying themselves for a "massive bid" from Real Madrid for winger Hazard, according to the Sun .

In preparation, Antonio Conte is lining up a £45m switch for the Italy international - with first contact already made.

Insigne scored 20 times in Serie A last season and has previously worked with former international boss Conte.

Hazard, who has been offered £300,000 to stay at the Blues, is set to miss the start of next season with broken ankle, but that doesn't seem to have put off Real.

The La Liga giants are looking to spend big this summer, with president Florentino Perez aiming to impress as he goes up for re-election.
