The national women's football team, Harambee Starlets, will play Division One side Lynch Burg FC from the US in an international friendly match at Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos County, on Thursday.

Neddy Atieno, who missed the Africa Women's Cup of Nations final early this year, is among 30 players who have been called to a residential camp in Machakos.

Others who are returning to the national team are Premier League's Makolanders FC goalkeeper Pauline Atieno and former Under-20s shot stopper Naomi Kinanga, who plays for Spedag.

Mombasa's Olympic duo of Gererder Akinyi and Elizabeth Katungwa are also on the provisional team. [Rebecca Jebet]
