Liverpool’s move for Polish star Piotr Zielinski is close to completion, according to Messaggero Sport.

The agent of the Udinese-owned midfielder claimed last week that negotiations had hit a snag and the deal was in doubt.

But new reports suggest that the differences have been resolved and the deal is set for completion in the coming weeks.

Liverpool are believed to want to tie up the deal sooner rather than later, believing that Italian giants Napoli and Roma could be interested in his signing.
