Wojciech Szczesny set for Arsenal return

The Giallorossi took the Polish international on loan back in August but have finally sealed a deal for a long-term target ahead of next season
Italian giants Roma have told Arsenal they do not want to sign Wojciech Szczesny on a permanent basis.
Roma have agreed a deal to sign Internacional’s Brazilian keeper Alisson which will be announced at the end of the season.
It means Szczesny will return to Arsenal this summer after his season-long loan to Roma.
Roma believed they had an option to sign Szczesny but could not agree a deal so have gone for long-term target Alisson with a deal believed to have been finally wrapped up last week.

Arsenal’s current No.2 David Ospina is fed-up of being back-up to Petr Cech and is likely to push to move on this summer.
That could mean Szczesny rejoins the squad or Arsenal look to loan him out or sell him permanently this summer.
