Arsenal could make a shock move for Leicester’s star man Riyad Mahrez, according to the Daily Star on Sunday.

The Foxes’ unbeaten start has largely been thanks to the impressive performances of the Algerian, who already has four goals to his name from midfield.

Arsenal are now thought to be keeping tabs on his progress and could make a surprise bid for his services before Tuesday’s deadline.

Mahrez has also been linked with a £5million move to both Roma and Villarreal.

Leicester, however, insist that he is not for sale.
