Barcelona star Pedro has decided to stay and fight for his place at the Nou Camp.

Spain winger Pedro, 27, has been on the radar of Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Paris Saint Germain as he struggles to get a look-in at Barcelona.

But Pedro has now told Barcelona boss Luis Enrique that he wants to stay even though Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez are all ahead of him in the pecking order.

Pedro is valued in the £15m bracket but it seems interest from elsewhere has not been enough to persuade him to leave.

Meanwhile Barca have confirmed the signing of Arda Turan from Atletico Madrid.

Manchester United and Chelsea had both been linked with moves for the Turkish midfielder - but he has put pen to paper on a five-year contract , with the transfer fee thought to be around €35million.
