Arturo Vidal has agreed terms with Arsenal ahead of a potential summer switch, according to Italian news source Calciomercatoweb.

It is believed that the Gunners were alerted to his availability earlier this week after a reported offer from Liverpool for the former Manchester United target.

The report suggests that Vidal could be keen on linking up with his Chilean counterpart Alexis Sanchez at the Emirates.

It is expected that Vidal could demand a transfer fee of around £25million.
