AFC Leopards will appeal against a decision to re-play a Kenyan Premier League (KPL) match against Sony Sugar.

On Thursday, the Independent Disciplinary and Complaints Committee (IDCC) ruled in favour of Sony Sugar, who had appealed against a decision to award their opponents the unplayed fixture.

Sony did not honour the match after it was pushed from Awendo to Nakuru’s Afraha Stadium on August 7, one day to the match. AFC Leopards Secretary General, George Aladwa (pictured left), said they will lodge their appeal with Football Kenya Federation’s appeals tribunal.
