Football Kenya Federation has threatened to switch all matches at Nyayo and Kasarani to other stadia unless the stadium management board drops with immediate effect stadium charges and other fees related to live match broadcasts.

A letter signed by FKF President Sam Nyamweya and addressed to the acting CEO of the Sports Stadium Management Board Gariel Komora reads: ‘’I wish to bring your attention to the following decision of the recent FKF-KPL joint executive meeting held on February 19, 2014.

On stadium charges and other fees related to live broadcast matches, the members noted such fees were not charged in other countries.”
