Kenya registered two wins against Bahrain and Tanzania and drew against Brunei in the ongoing World Chess Online Olympiad.

The team is now placed joint third with Nepal after the first day of the competition in group four.

The top three teams in group 4 will proceed to second round. Kenya are set to play Nepal in first round, Maldives in the second round before facing Thailand in the final match.
