Mukuyu Girls from Western Region cruised to netball semifinals as national secondary schools Term Two A games entered Day Two yesterday at Shanzu Teachers Training Institute. Mukuyu maintained their winning streak after beating Karuri of Central 38-28 in their second match.

They defeated Utithi from Eastern 31-23 in their first match. Mukuyu need to beat Cheptil of Rift Valley today morning to top pool B. Meanwhile, Utithi are out of the games after they lost 45-23 to Cheptil in another match.

Kaya Tiwi registered the highest score in the championships (130-1) against Moi Mandera Girls.
