Edday Nderitu, the estranged wife of musician Samidoh, recently made headlines by publicly expressing her gratitude to friend Bernice on TikTok for assisting in her relocation to the United States with her three children.

However, this development took an unexpected turn when a now-deleted comment on one of Karen Nyamu's posts brought attention to the situation. The netizen remarked, "Saa hii mwenzako angekua six feet under. Hope ungekua very proud of yourself."

In response, Karen Nyamu, known for her directness, swiftly defended herself, stating, "Na vile alikua amejinonea akiwa kwake alikua kapum pum smart na tumakai akismile tu macho inafungika. Watu si wajinga buana."

The controversy comes on the heels of Edday's previous expressions of gratitude to Bernice Saroni, where she publicly acknowledged Bernice's support in the relocation process.

Edday's message read, "May God bless you gal, whatever you did to me and my kids, it's something I can't even explain. My daughter would be in rehab, and I would be 6ft under."

The drama escalated with Bernice's video response defending her actions and highlighting the positive changes in Edday's life since the move.

Bernice proudly stated, "I am super proud of myself for what I did. Bringing her to the US. Wewe unafikiria kukuja US ni rahisi? Na kukuja mpaka na watoto? One thing that I'm grateful for is for Edday being in the US.

"Hamuoni vile anaglow? Hamuoni vile watoto wake wanaglow? Anakaa tu doo, she is blessed, she's happy. She's at peace. Ati juu mimi ni single mum mnasema ati nilimtoa kwa boma yake? What do you do to your family? You support your family, or you kill them with your words," said Bernice.
