Edday Nderitu, the estranged wife of musician Samidoh, recently expressed her gratitude towards her friend Bernice Saroni for providing assistance in her relocation to the United States.

This expression of thanks came amidst intense scrutiny and criticism surrounding Edday's separation from Samidoh.

In response to a TikTok video by Bernice, where she addressed critics linking her to the marital discord, Edday poured out her appreciation, stating, "May God bless you gal, whatever you did to me and my kids it's something I can't even explain. My daughter angekua rehab mimi nikiwa 6ft under."

The controversy ignited when accusations surfaced that Bernice played a role in influencing Edday's decision to end her marriage.

This was sparked by Bernice's discussion about the importance of maintaining privacy in her own relationship.

In a video directed at her critics, Bernice said, "I am super proud of myself for bringing her to the US. Do you think coming to the US is easy? And bringing kids along? One thing I'm grateful for is Edday being in the US. Don't you see how she's glowing? Her kids are glowing. She's blessed, happy, and at peace."

Edday's move to the US coincided with public scrutiny of Samidoh's involvement with nominated senator Karen Nyamu.

Addressing the situation on Instagram, Edday clarified, "I left the husband for whoever needed him more. I made a decision to remove myself and my kids from that toxic environment, especially my teen daughter, who unfortunately is the direct recipient of unbelievable behavior displayed."

Emphasizing her independence in providing for her children, Edday expressed a desire for peace in this new chapter of her life, urging others to abstain from dragging her name into further drama.
