Kenyan rapper, CMB Prezzo, recently expressed his remorse over the extravagant amount he spent on his wedding with his ex-wife.

The wedding had cost him a whopping Sh4.6 million, and looking back, he wishes he had done things differently. Prezzo shared his regrets during an interview on the POV podcast with Cate Rira.

According to Prezzo, life experience has taught him a lot, and he has learned to make better choices. He said that if he could do it all over again, he would have opted for a low-budget wedding at the Attorney General's office, with only his brother as a witness.

Prezzo acknowledged that the lesson learned from this experience is that it's important to be financially responsible and make wise decisions.

"You live and you learn life teaches you about some things and you say if I could do it again I would do some things differently. I would go to the Attorney General's office with my brother Steve as a witness," said Prezzo.

Prezzo also expressed remorse for not taking his mother's advice to create a financial committee to support him during the wedding planning. He now understands the importance of having a support system and being open to advice from loved ones.

Prezzo, whose real name is Jackson Ngechu, divorced his first wife in 2013 after a colorful ceremony in 2008. He has since been in several short-lived relationships with fellow celebrities such as Tanzanian socialite Amber Lulu, Kenyan singer Noti Flow, and Chagga Barbie, most of which have been full of controversies.

In February 2023, Prezzo proposed to Azeezah, a radio presenter and TV host, during Valentine's week. Although the proposal caught Azeezah off guard, many Kenyans have speculated that it could be another one of Prezzo's publicity stunts.
