Kamson, wife to the legendary 'bone breaker' Kanda King, wears many hats. She is an accomplished dancer, singer, Karaoke host and a film actress.

In the newly revamped The Real Househelps of Kawangware (TRHK) that airs on KTN HOME every Wednesday at 7.30 PM, she plays as a 'slay mama' going by the name of Mama Jayden.

Her role depicts her as a leech thriving off on men and fully manipulating them in order to survive the toils of Nairobi. In the show, Kamson only thinks of her life and represent the heartless bosses who mistreat their househelps on a daily. Her character has attracted a wide audience going by the comments on YouTube.

While this is a common phenomenon happening on a daily basis, Kamson warns men to be vigilant before settling with anyone.

"This character depicts what happens in many relationships as girls have devised a way of setting standards, milking men and at the end of the day they go back to their dingy ghettos to enjoy the spoils," she says.

Asked whether she advocates for such behaviour, she tells Pulse art is supposed to reflect what is happening in the society, but insists "men should be careful who they choose to settle with before making the decision to avoid unnecessary dramas."

The Real Househelps of Kawangware follows the lives of domestic works and their friends as they navigate the ups and downs of life in Kawangware.
