Ayange to captain Kabras Sugar ahead of Blak Blad test

Former Kenya Sevens star Felix Ayange will captain Kabras Sugar when they host Kenyatta University side Blak Blad at RFUEA as Kenya Cup enters round eight.

The sugar men who are playing for the first time since March will be seeking to close the nine point gap between them and leaders KCB who have played two more games.

Nine first team players including captain Dan Sikuta will miss the match with commitments with the Kenya Simbas national team ahead of their Rugby Africa cup match with Madagascar on Sunday.

Others include Jone Kubu, Brian Juma, George Nyambua, Barry Robinson, Bryceson Agesa, Brian Tanga, Ephraim Oduor and Eugene Sifuna.

Furthermore, assistant coach Edwin Achayo has been included in the squad with first choice scrumhalf Brian Tanga and Barry Robinson absent.

In the team, Dan Angwech and Ntabeni Dukisa will start at number nine and flyhalf as Timoci Senaite, Walter Okoth, Alfred Orege, Bede Enonda run the midfield and wings.

Other players set to play are Jeanson musoga, Kevin Wekesa, Thomas Simiyu, Joseph Odero, Teddy Akala, Hilary Mwanjilwa, Mitch Jaoko and Hillary Odhiambo.

Impala Club will host a double header with Mwamba hosting Menegai Oilers in the early kick off match before Impala taking on Nakuru at 3pm.
