Kenya 7s star Oscar Dennis has been admitted to hospital after being involved in an accident.

According to the Kenya Rugby Union (KRU), the Nondies RFC player, who is still in the hospital, was on Tuesday evening involved in an accident in Karen, Nairobi.

"One of the star Kenya 7s players Oscar Dennis was last evening involved in a car accident that resulted in a seriously damaged leg. He was rushed to a hospital and we're praying for a full recovery,” read the statement by KRU.

Reports indicate that Dennis was on his bike at the junction of Bogani road and Quarry Lane in Karen, Nairobi when he was hit by a car.

Fresh from winning the World Tens Series with SX10 franchise side, Dennis had arrived back in Kenya this week from Bermuda.
