The sevens rugby team is all ready for the much-talked-about Zika virus as they came all the way from Nairobi with a guard from the mosquito bites.

Samuel Oliech says all the players are armed with mosquito repellents and are not taking any chances in making sure they are safe from the virus.

For the few days I have been here though, I am yet to see a single mosquito but just in case some turn up, then I will follow Oliech's advice and make sure a mosquito repellent is ready.
