Kenya Cup champions Top Fry Nakuru RFC qualified for the Enterprise Cup finals after overcoming stubborn Nondescripts 38-10 in a fast match at Nakuru Athletic Club over the weekend.
A confident Top Fry Nakuru RFC coach Dominique Habimana said they hope to beat their opponents in the finals to add another cup to their cabinet.
The champions will face the winner of the semi-final match between Kenya Commercial Bank and Impala to be played at Rugby Union of East Africa Grounds in Nairobi on Saturday.
“We are determined to win the Enterprise Cup and add it into our cabinet this season,” Habimana told FeverPitch in a post-match interview on Saturday.

The team, which last won the Enterprise Cup title in 2009, have qualified for the semi-finals of the Kenya Cup set for May.
Nondies coach Victor Walgwe admitted it was a tough match and revealed that their opponents capitalised on their mistakes.
“We had played well and covered all areas until in the 60th minute when hell broke loose. My players failed to concentrate and this is the time we conceded easy tries. Before then, the score was 10-5,” he noted.
“We are now focused on the Mwamba Cup and the Bamburi Series coming over next month and I believe a good number of my players will feature ahead of the National Sevens Circuit,” he said.
During the match, Nakuru RFC scored six tries and three conversions.
The tries came from Steve Okumu, Calvin Otieno who touched down twice, Dalock Chituyi, Javan Murayi and Edwin Okeno, while Martin Mwita made the three conversions and missed another three.
Nondies scored the two unconverted tries through Joseph Akiruga.
