Property developer Mi Vida Homes has signed a strategic partnership with Space Master Properties for the commercial and construction development of Habitat, a 24-story mixed-use development along Ralph Bunche Road in Nairobi.

The development seeks to tap into Nairobi's growing medical tourism.

It includes 42 medical suites developed for sale to the healthcare industry, a residential and hospitality component tailored for short- and medium-term stays and retail space.

The residential component includes provisions for assisted living solutions.

Mi Vida will take over development and commercial management of the project. The building has now topped out, with show houses ready, and is in the finishing stages.

Mi Vida Homes Chief Executive Samuel Kariuki noted: "This is a new innovative offering in Nairobi's real estate market, as it is the first mixed-use development anchored on health care.

The product combines location, accessibility to medical care, and thoughtfully designed living spaces."

Mr Kariuki further noted that the project presents a unique investment opportunity in the emerging sub-sector of medical tourism.

"This partnership with Space Master Properties aligns with our mission to develop real estate solutions that respond to real human needs, with a strong emphasis on timely delivery, exceptional quality, and long-term value," he said.

The project will also be developed in collaboration with Parklane Construction, further reinforcing the commitment to uphold the highest standards of execution.

"Mi Vida looks forward to working closely with Space Master Properties and Parklane Construction to bring this vision to life on time and as promised," Kariuki explained.
