Thiago Silva's wife aimed a dig at Leicester City star Daniel Amartey after a heated confrontation involving her husband.

Tempers flared during Chelsea's clash with Leicester on Tuesday night, three days after the Foxes' victory over the Blues in the FA Cup final.

Amartey made himself public enemy number one at Stamford Bridge after he was seen throwing away Chelsea's pennant in the Wembley dressing room.

While Leicester issued an apology following the Ghana international's actions, Blues players clearly have not forgotten the incident.

Ricardo Pereira's forceful challenge on Ben Chilwell in the closing stages of Leicester's 2-1 defeat by Chelsea prompted a mass brawl among players and stuff.

The Foxes wing-back appeared to shove Antonio Rudiger and received a yellow card, while Amartey entered the fray from the substitutes bench and was also booked.

During the fracas, Silva confronted Amartey and his wife, Isabele took to Twitter to write: That's right @tsilva3 show who's boss."

Isabele was in attendance at Stamford Bridge and posted dozens of updates from the match on her Instagram story.

The Rio de Janeiro native even joined in with a chant of "We hate Tottenham " as she continues to forge quite the reputation in west London.

Isabele tore into Chelsea forward Timo Werner after his disappointing first-leg performance against Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals.

In an Instagram video, she said: "This is karma, guys. Every team I go to there is a striker who keeps missing goals… this Werner, what is his name?"

In a second video later on she added: "We need a goal, we need to win this match but my attackers don’t want to score, I don’t know why they don’t score."

Werner later confirmed Silva said sorry for his wife's remarks, saying: "Sometimes that can happen when the emotions are overflowing. Thiago also apologised directly to me the next day."
