Egypt continued with their marauding ways by walloping Gabon 12-1 in their second Group D football match at the ongoing Africa Deaflympics Ball Games Qualifiers at Kasarani Stadium in Nairobi on Tuesday.

Ismail Mohammed had an easy ride in the one-sided encounter, slamming four goals in the sixth, 16th, 44th and 58th minutes.

Ahmed Emad Saber also took up the cue to pump in a similar number in the  17th, 57th, 66th and 83rd.

Hossan Motien (25th), Reda Elhemdo (43rd),Mohammed Elshabeny (52nd) and Mosafa Kodeny (89th )added one each.

Hapless Gabon pulled one back on penalty through Derik Dikombou in the 56th.

The rampage comes just two days after the no-nonsense Egyptians massacred Somaliland 10-1 in their opening fixture which was also played at the same venue.

Egypt is already through to the quarters and will be joined by the winner between Somaliland and Gabon.

At the same time, Kenya who lost 3-1 to Senegal, will be out to seek redemption in their second Group A match against Mali on Wednesday.

The overall winners of the inaugural tournament will book a berth to the 2022 Deaflympics Games in Brazil.
