Former producer and videographer for Sean "Diddy" Combs, Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones has taken legal action against the music mogul, according to CNN.

In his lawsuit filed in New York, Jones accuses Combs of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and forced interaction with sex workers.

Jones worked for Combs from 2022 to 2023 and was involved in producing Combs' recent album, "Love."

He claims he wasn't paid for his music production work and alleges that Combs threatened him. The lawsuit also accuses Combs of serving alcohol laced with drugs at his parties.

Other defendants in the case include Combs' son Justin, Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge, former Motown CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam, and Combs' chief of staff, Kristina Khorram.

Justin is accused of bringing prostitutes, including underage girls, to parties while Khorram is said to have provided illegal drugs and facilitated Combs' alleged actions.

Grainge and Habtemariam are mentioned as having attended events at Combs' home, allegedly ignoring the illegal activities happening there.

Jones is asking for $30 million (Sh4.3 billion) in damages.

Sean Combs' lawyer, Shawn Holley, denied all allegations, calling them lies aimed at seeking attention.

"His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines. We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies," Holley told CNN.

The lawyer mentioned that attempts to discuss the evidence with Jones' lawyer have been ignored.

"We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them," Holley stated.
